Lure Phishing Simulation
How it works:
Once you’ve signed up, we do all the work to test your teams so that they become aware of cyber threats and what they should and shouldn’t be clicking on.
Step 1: Every month, we send “phishing” emails to your team.
Step 2: They are specifically designed for your company to test your team’s cyber-awareness. (Hint: they look legit!)
Step 3: We track whether your employees ignored, reported, or clicked on the suspicious email.

Secure Human Training
How it works:
We know that you don’t have time to do it all yourself. So, once you’ve signed up, we help you implement a comprehensive but realistic cybersecurity training plan.
Step 1: We offer two (short) online training courses every month catered to your business needs.
Step 2: We add in a newsletter and give you all the access to our blog, which is full of examples.
Step 3: At the end of each month, we send you a report letting you know how many of your staff have completed the training and who passed or failed.
Step 4: We’ll work with you over time to focus on specific areas of concern to bolster your team’s learning.

Cybersecurity Help Desk
How it works:
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to get ahead of any potentially malicious emails via email or phone – plus get fast, expert guidance.
Step 1: If you have any suspicions about an email (i.e., if you think it’s a scam, a fake sender, or a threat), just forward it to the Cyber411 Help Desk.
Step 2: Our security experts will analyze it and let you know within one hour whether it’s safe to click on or reply to that sender.
Step 3: Plus, we’ll tell you what the problem was (what they were trying to do), and if you did click on that link (doh!), we’ll advise you on how to mitigate any possible problems.
Step 4: We’ll file a complaint on your behalf to have the identified fraudster’s account removed with the appropriate internet service provider.
Step 5: We’ll send you a full report at the end of each month so you know how many threats were reported and how they were dealt with.
