How it works:
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to get ahead of any potentially malicious emails via email or phone – plus get fast, expert guidance.
Step 1: If you have any suspicions about an email (i.e., if you think it’s a scam, a fake sender, or a threat), just forward it to the Cyber411 Help Desk.
Step 2: Our security experts will analyze it and let you know within one hour whether it’s safe to click on or reply to that sender.
Step 3: Plus, we’ll tell you what the problem was (what they were trying to do), and if you did click on that link (doh!), we’ll advise you on how to mitigate any possible problems.
Step 4: We’ll file a complaint on your behalf to have the identified fraudster’s account removed with the appropriate internet service provider.
Step 5: We’ll send you a full report at the end of each month so you know how many threats were reported and how they were dealt with.
