SAFE (Security Awareness for Everyone) is a program to increase awareness about cybersecurity. By raising awareness, we hope to help change online behaviors, as well as encourage you to practice safe computing habits, make smart and informed decisions about information security, and protect your business.


Each year, data breaches continue to grow in size and scope – exposing consumers’ sensitive, personal information and businesses’ valuable data. Against this backdrop, annual Data Privacy Day helps spread awareness about respecting privacy, safeguarding data and enabling trust. This year’s Data Privacy Day’s theme is “Own Your Privacy.” Learn more about protecting and controlling your private data, and also how to manage and protect others' private data you may use in your day-to-day business.

Everything runs on Data. We give it to others to gain access, services, information, and more. And when we give our data we expect the companies requesting it are also protecting it. But if you‘re the one collecting consumer and others’ data, do you know what is required of YOU?

A malicious email can look just like it comes from a financial institution, an e-commerce site, a government agency or other business. It often urges you to act quickly (account compromised!, order can't be fulfilled) or some other urgent or scary matter to address. Or could just be annoying ads you'd rather not see.

There is so much information on the internet. Anything you want to know is there, all you have to do is type a few key words into your favorite search engine and there it is! Seemingly everything you could want to know, about anything, and it’s just a click away. Easy, right? But there is a dark side. Bad guys have taken advantage of the internet by making your searches take you where they want you to go, and then scamming you into giving them what they want. But you can fight back!
